Successfully executed Seeing is Believing programme in Sundarbans:• Set up 17 block level Eye Health Clinics providing free and subsidised services to the most vulnerable people living on these islands.• 12 out of 17 centres achieved break-even and delivered at 95% performance within 3.5 years. • Managed 3 organisations and 70 project staff for execution of the programme • Prior to the Sundarbans project, I managed other programmes on Social Inclusion for people with disabilities in Jharkhand and Odisha focussing on economic self reliance and independent living.

Led WASH and Public Health for humanitarian and rehabilitation crisis in East and North-East India:• Led 2 humanitarian crisis (West Bengal and Assam) focusing on rescue, relief and rehabilitation, managing distribution of emergency items and health epidemic breakouts. • Managed 5 projects on disaster preparedness and rehabilitation.• Designed effective IEC material for awareness and risk management. Some of these are used internationally by the Oxfam team.
