Establishing strong feedback process whereby students used trackers to establish areas of weakness and follow up questions to complete and embed the learning. Ensuring that all pupils are assessment ready, topics completed and books in order.Working with a high level of students with EAL, the push for literacy to be part of the learning in all subject is a network wide ethos which I support and include in all my teaching. I plan reading aloud, comprehension tasks and use dual coding to keep pushing new vocabulary. I use school data to prepare context sheets with clear differentiation for all students that require support, where necessary differentiated work for pupils with SEND needs, planning ahead with TAs. My integrity, authenticity and honesty are central to my personal and professional life. It has informed my successful relationships in the workplace and created a nurturing teacher pupil rapport and trust.
