Administrative Assistant
CurrentAssist in daily administrative tasks, including handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions.Provide general support to visitors and clients.Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
