Proactively manage the end-to-end credit risk for an Australian corporate portfolio. This involves active interaction and coordination with various stakeholders - relationship manager, credit risk approvers, product partners, operations/documentation/legal/compliance teams, external lawyer and others.Conduct annual/new deal reviews for assigning credit rating and proposing new loan funding, which involves spreading financials on Moody's RiskAnalyst, detailed financial analysis and projections, peer and industry analysis, identifying risk and mitigants, borrower business analysis and concluding with business recommendation.Generation of internal risk grading based on probability of default and loss given default whilst analyzing the appropriateness of the proposed banking facilities. Monitor covenants, pro-actively identify deterioration in borrowers financial health and flagging the same to the senior bankers. Oversee preparation and execution of facility/security documentation. Manage daily excesses and MIS reporting.Hold weekly meetings with senior stakeholders in Australia and New Zealand for effective portfolio management and team workflow planning. Short Term Assignment - Melbourne (Jan-Mar 2017): The primary objective of the visit was to manage the transition of ANZ's Institutional Property Group's Progress Drawdown Process to the Bangalore team. Apart from studying and documenting the entire process to ensure an efficient transition, I met various stakeholders in the Bank, attended client meetings and went on site tour around Melbourne to inspect some of the properties funded by ANZ, to develop a better understanding of the IPG business.

- Managed the business operations of Deshmukh Enterprises, which is one of the largest Asian Paints dealerships in Karnataka.- Was involved in business strategy formulation and implementation, business development and maintaining/developing client relationships/strategic partnerships. These initiatives successfully led to revenue growth (reaching the landmark turnover of INR 5 crores in FY14-15) and enhanced customer satisfaction.

- Managed INR 1000 crores credit portfolio of bank and worked directly with Relationship Manager to identify and support new business opportunities.- Managed the end-to-end banking requirements for a portfolio of over 50 corporate clients comprising of large corporate names (including leading multinational and domestic groups).- Performed detailed credit appraisal, documents verification and loan approval for bank.- Extensive engagement with global relationship teams for supporting existing global clients and also monitor any potential inward / outward referral opportunities.- Worked with various product partners like trade, cash management on incremental business opportunities and customize product offerings for both existing and prospective clients.
