"This industry has saved so many peoples lives that have chosen to leave the streets to be in the kitchen instead. Not only that it has given opportunity to so many that couldn’t get a shot anywhere else; like felons that couldn’t get a job because of their past; introverts that feel they just don’t fit in anywhere else; or just simply people that couldn’t decide what they want to do in life; or those that have a language or education barrier.This industry has brighten the lives of so many in so many ways.... having to eat briefly before or during service is a privilege not a flaw. I freaking love this industry!
