As the IT Application Owner and the Technology Manager, I had the responsibility to ensure smooth operation and compliance of the application within the organization's IT security and governance standards in an agile environment. I worked closely with a diverse team of developers, QA engineers and business stakeholders who were based in different locations to support the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of the application.

My primary role was to provide Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 support for the organization's IT infrastructure in a branch environment, including all end-user devices such as Desktops, Laptops, and Mobiles, as well as the local network and the local data center. Additionally, I was responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the voice infrastructure, including IP PABX, and voice recording platforms. Providing support for market data systems such as Reuters and Bloomberg was also an important responsibility of my role.Additionally, I was responsible for ensuring IT security and compliance with governance guidelines, managing customer and vendor relationships, as well as application governance, support, and management accordingind to he organization policies and procedures. Compliance with legal and regulatory standards were part of my role and I had to work with relevant parties to ensure compliance. Project management, risk and control management, and business continuity management were also directly related to my role and played an important part in ensuring the smooth operation of the branch's IT systems.

Was Responsible for following (ITAO/ITPM) 1. Administration, Configuration and Troubleshooting of Banking Systems 2. User management, User access review & Security implementations 3. Vendor management, Service Level agreement monitoring & Escalation of critical issues 4. Backup and restoration for the financially significant applications 5. Performing user training on information & data security for the existing staffs 6. Preparing documentation for higher management on the risk acceptance, capability management for applications & Key operation procedures for financial applications.
