- Experience in interior and exterior painting, in military aircrafts and small aircrafts, airbus A380 interior cabin panel and components water based painting. - Paint prep work including chemical stripping and sanding on various forms of substrates (aluminum, composite, steel, stainless steel)- Masking aircraft for stripper application. -Applying, agitating and washing stripper off of aircraft.- Hand cleaning and sanding in preparation for etch and alodine. - Applying etch and alodine to aircraft and rinsing.- Removing and reapplying seam seal as required. - Masking and preparing aircraft for primer application.- Sanding primer for topcoat application.- Preparing aircraft for topcoat application. - Masking, preparing and painting stripes as needed. -De-masking aircraft.- Polishing and detailing exterior paint.-Corrosion Control technician:- Operating electric blast dray oven.-All kind paint mixing.-Operating hot water plant for air craft washing.- Identify types of corrosion and how to remove and repair. - Inspect the washing of the aircraft carried out by qualified personnel, after exterior cleaning of aircraft inspect to see if there are any corrosion spots appearing and if they are identified, carry out the proper treatment.- knowledge on chemical passivation.
