• Isolation and identification of microorganisms from the given sample collected from the patients. • Perform Antibiotic sensitivity tests by disc diffusion method for Bacterial samples such as urine abscess, nasal and vaginal swabs, blood, sputum, Stool, aspirates, and tissue slices.• Maintenance of the operation theatres(OT) in sterile condition by proper checking using open air plate method and swab technique after each OT sterilization.• Preparation of reagents, microbial media for bacterial and fungal cultures. Conduct Various Staining techniques – Gram Staining, Fungal Staining, AFB Staining Perform biochemical testing, Antibiotic sensitivity tests for bacteria, and serology

 As a Member of HACCP quality control team maintain the company standards as per HACCP & ISO requirements Perform quality assurance of milk- Fat ,SNF (Garber method), Acidity Water analysis for microbial limit & pathogens Evaluation of hygienic condition in production area (settle plate method and air sampling) Perform Standard plate count and coliform plate count (microbiology) Collect sample from milk cans and tankers and check COB and Temperature Determine the purity of the milk by MBRT Ensure cleaning ,record and present the results, report to the QC officer
