• Handling raw material quality related issues with suppliers to get the replacements/claims and action plans to avoid such issues in future
• Color related approval and making of commercial decisions by considering consumer point of view
• Evaluating quality performance of each supplier and escalate with senior management to find solutions

• Color development and working with cross functional team to meet the color approval deadlines
• Escalating quality color related issues to senior management and brand to find solutions and follow up
• Quality trend analysis and highlighting supplier to find the root cause
• Working on quality improvement projects with supplier and present the outcome to brand and senior management
• Fabric price negotiations based on technical parameters
• Fabric mill evaluation and recommendation

• Order requirement calculation and PO raising for the relevant suppliers
• Attending for planning discussions to give updates on the raw material flow and agree with material inhouse time lines
• Negotiations with supplier on the RM inhouse time lines and getting written confirmations
• Working with logistic team on the vessel and flight schedules to meet required RM in house dates
• Follow up the supplier payments based on their credit agreements after GRN the row materials
• Inventory management and follow up the “first in first out” method with stores team

• Order requirement calculation and PO raising for the relevant suppliers
• PO follow up until RM in house on time
• Working with logistic team on the vessel and flight schedules to meet required TM in house dates
• Escalating issues with senior team to find solutions
