As a sales advisors I perform customer service and merchandising duties on the sales floor of H&M Cavendish Square. My duties include arranging garments attractively on racks and shelves, and locate merchandise for customers.Other duties include controlling access to fitting rooms, unloading and organizing inventory.

I was a part of the conservation team and we were responsible amongst other duties, the removal of alien clearing within the reserve for example, Water Hyacinth and Port Jackson removal. We assisted in planting indigenous plants at Boulders Beach to prevent soil erosion and we rehabilitated an area in Rondevlei Nature Reserve in order to create a habitat for a tiny frog reaching extinction. I also gained many new skills and was educated on aspects that were not part of my field of studies, example, Observer standards (birds, fish, reptiles, and amphibians), fire management and fishery control officers presentation.I was responsible for supervising the team when my manager was on leave and helped at the gatehouse to welcome and assists guests at the reserve.
