Financial Management:• Manage financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems effectively.• Prepare and present financial statements for management review regularly.• Implement, and review financial policies and internal control procedures.• Ensure implementation of management decisions and follow up on actions.• Evaluate technology needs for financial data processing and reporting.MIS & Data Analytics:• Designing & developing Power BI reports & dashboards for MIS.• Manage accurate & clean datasets for analysis.• Collaborating with other divisions to deliver solutions for their data needs.• Ensuring the accuracy & reliability of data on reports & dashboards• Training & supporting the end users.• Ensuring smooth operation through troubleshooting & maintenance.• Ensuring data security & confidentiality• Staying updated with latest features, updates and best practices.Working Capital and Cash Flow Management:• Estimate & forecast short-term & long-term fund requirements accurately.• Prepare cash flow forecasts and manage organizational cash flow efficiently.• Negotiate with banks for lines of credit and financial services when needed.• Monitor debtors & creditors, ensuring compliance with all rules & controls.Budgetary Control:• Develop budgets & forecasts, monitoring and addressing variances promptly.• Provide suggestions to improve operational controls & workflow efficiency.• Continuously review and identify cost-reduction opportunities.Risk Management and Compliance:• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements consistently.• Implement controls to mitigate operational risks effectively.• Provide necessary MIS for business understanding and risk management.• Managing AML programs, including staff training & transaction monitoring.Other Responsibilities:• Develop relationships with relevant stakeholders and regulatory bodies.• Oversee operations department duties; account opening & trade processes.
