• I was one of two Immigration Attorneys for five mid-sized multinational tech companies founded in 1999, consisting of about 1000 foreign nationals. I Strategically counseled company executives on all aspects of employment-based U.S. immigration, regulation, policy changes, and compliance. • Reviewed and revised high volume NIV petitions (H-1B, TN). Drafted L-1 petitions. Drafted multiple complex RFE responses and Motions to Reopen/Reconsider. Reviewed an average of 25 NIV petitions per month and drafted an average of NIV 15 RFE responses per month. Filed 175 independent H-1B Cap petitions during FY 2019 while managing support staff of 10 Case Managers. • Sole attorney responsible for the analysis and filing of all PERMs for all five tech companies (including drafting job descriptions, minimum requirements, skill sets, PWR, verification of employment letters, and recruitment report review). Filed an average of 15 PERMs per month. Achieved 100% PERM certification rate. • Drafted EB-1C petitions and analyzed all supporting documents. Reviewed EB-2 and EB-3 I-140 petitions routed to external counsel.
