Lead one of the most critical platforms in Capital One for decisioning credit card customers, where I lead multiple technical teams, software engineers and managers.I was responsible for the delivery of highly customer focused and business critical applications using APIs, Cloud and Machine Learning capabilities to drive a superior digital first customer experience.

Lead high performing teams to deliver end to end solution for credit card customers acquisitions within Capital One.Built variety of systems from Scratch including Credit Card Decisioning Orchestrator which involves interaction with 30 plus microservices to be able to decision a customer for credit card.Designed and built state machine using the Camel Framework to handle flowdowns which needs customer and agent interactions.Migrated legacy applications from on-prem to AWS cloud which included re-engineering multiple applications in the cloud native architecture. Design and developed multiple REST APIs in the microservices architecture deployed on cloud.Built multiple event based platforms adopting messaging solutions like Kafka and AWS SQS

Designed and Developed Customer Management applications within CapitalOne which takes care of providing exceptional experience to customers in a wide variety of areas including Credit Limit Increase Programs, Rewards management, Campaign management etc.Lead and built applications involving large scale data movements in the most efficient way with distributed processing.Migrated multiple projects within customer management from batch processing to real time processing along with moving from legacy data centers to cloud.
