I'm on the Power CAT team (Customer Advisory Team) within the Power Platform engineering group at Microsoft. I feel privileged to be in a role that allows me to connect with our customers, partners and the community on a human level - to learn how they’re using the platform, understand their pain points, facilitate connections, and share their stories.The Power CAT team includes a diverse mix of humans with a multitude of talents - deeply technical architects, community managers, program managers, developers, and content creators. We nurture community and help guide low-code strategy and adoption using the Power Platform.In my past life at Microsoft I was an engineer, a team lead, and a Program Manager. I defined myself by my role and what I did. In my second stint, I'm most interested in co-creating a culture that is grounded in stronger human relationships, creative problem solving, a sense of community, and getting stuff done with humor and kindness. During my time away from Microsoft, I led consulting/coaching programs and facilitated team workshops with Simple Intentions - http://simpleintentions.com.
