This was a part-time, volunteer role, appointed by the Governor of Illinois and confirmed by the Senate, to help produce a report on the effects of energy transition in Illinois, pursuant to state law (20 ILCS 735/10-15). I also compiled an information source, published with the report, on state and federal energy transition support programs for workers and communities.
