About Sameer Dubey

I am an engineering survivor and a problem solver who believes experiential learning is the best way to grow professionally (and personally!). The belief motivated me to serve various positions that have enhanced my leadership and management abilities and have helped me to do justice to cross functional leadership roles. I am good at sales strategy, business operations, and at setting expansions and quickly activating them to get results plus data to drive business decisions, process improvement and innovation.My past experiences include establishing sales vertical from scratch and generating revenue out of it, bringing product/market fit to an app product and successfully marketing it and sucessfully polishing the sales operations to reduce the number of negative experiences that clients had.In my previous stint, I was part of the Western India team of Cleartax wherein I played an integral role in kickstarting the business development, run sales operations, and devise scalable processes for stable expansions in relevant cities. Towards the end of my stint I was managing the enterprise sales for the most strategic region for Cleartax; Mumbai.My idle hours are mostly spent playing online chess ( no this is not a challenge for a match ), reading books and i am not an exception to the universal hobbies of every young guy: listening music and internet.
