An admirer of change advocacy, I am a multi-faceted professional with over 25 years of experience specializing in Telecommunications Management. I focus on Business process restructuring, Niche business solutions implementation, and Empowering teams to deliver the best of their abilities.Currently, I head Jampot Technologies that provide a wide range of IT services with a focus on Trader Voice Infrastructure Solutions for the treasuries of worldwide banks and financial institutions and Critical FrontLine Communication Solutions for the Command and Control environment. We provided our services to major companies like TCS, Telcordia (BellCore), Lucent, and Wipro Technologies and customers like AVAYA, AT&T, AT&T Wireless, Sprint, SNT-KPN, IP Trade, British Telecom, and Verizon Wireless. Along with my well agile and groomed team, we established a vibrant Center of Excellence (CoE) for VoIP Open Source component integration with efficient consulting services to business units in SIP and H323. Through my various professional roles, I have managed companies in their entire product development life cycle from client interactions and system analysis to product development and testing to validation and implementation. Working in various industries allowed me to introduce technological changes to address the persistent gap between tight time frames and huge business loss, ultimately improving overall network performance. I am also a visiting faculty member at Balaji Institute of Telecom Management (BITM), and Symbiosis School of Management (SCMHRD). Outside of work, you would find me deeply engrossed in the literary masterpieces of Marathi Literature. Learning about World History and countries is my passion while cricket runs through my veins and it keeps me at the edge of my seat in life.
