The product features include e-mail management, calendaring, instant messaging, project plans, creating custom databases, and document management. - Converted eRoom 32 bit to 64 bit native application and fixed all run-time issues. Participated in converting the projects, fixing Viva64 errors/warnings, completely deployed work using InstallShield.- Add many new features to the products, taken initiatives to determine and fix all memory leaks within the product successfully and improved the stability and quality of the products.- Worked on high profile and critical customer escalations and responded to 24x7 on-call customers’ escalations.- Experienced working on compliance product and legal team in conjunction with customer.- Published many White Papers, knowledge-based articles and took many technical knowledge sharing sessions.- Received awards at individual level and for working in collaboration as a team.
