Market Strategy: Re-positioned the value proposition, GTM and product from mobile marketing automation to the world’s leading marketplace marketing product that powered B2C CRM for 10 of the #1 regional marketplaces in the world. Product Management: We invented the first set of AI-infused capabilities designed specifically to transform marketplace buyer and seller onboarding, repeat purchase, churn reduction and performance analytics.
