Now supported by a significant distributor - partner network, large employee count and a huge customer base spanning Government, PSU’s, Large Enterprises to Small & Medium Businesses in the country, Team India is now one of the key contributors in Zoom’s global footprint. This fascinating journey which began as a UCaaS is now headed towards CPaaS and CCaaS, WorkPlace Transformation & WorkFlow enablement focussed on employee & customer experience by leveraging Gen AI, API & SDK integrations. With the grant of telecom licenses by DoT, Zoom India is now gearing up to reach new horizons by launching the flagship Zoom Phone Services in the country.Before Zoom, I was associated with West Unified Communications (Intercall) for close to 7 years as Director Sales - India and Director Inside Sales Small Medium Businesses APAC managing teams across Asian countries. My past association was with companies like Cisco WebEx, IBM and Microsoft. During this tenure, I built and led high profile teams across Pre-Sales, Sales and Support and won multiple awards & recognition for my achievements and contributions.Character based judgment and agile leadership approach has been the driving force of my success all through.
