CurrentI lead SAP HR Technology Implementation practice for KPMG in India. Responsible for profitable growth of implementation and consulting businesses across SAP HR Technology solutions like SuccessFactors (On Cloud) and SAP HR (on-premise). As part of the role, I lead a team of 100 plus professionals, engaged in several technology led HR transformation engagements both in India and in many countries outside India. Also, got opportunity to make significant contribution in KPMG's 'Powered' platform for these solutions which allows our clients to utilize the solutions far better, execute a business oriented technology implementation, significantly improves the success rate of implementation while optimizing the time needed for implementation of such project.I have previously lead the SAP Advisory solutions portfolio for ERP PMO & QA, Product and Vendor evaluations and ERP strategy & Roadmap In my capacity as engagement Partner, I continue to lead engagements across the entire SAP product portfolio including SAP ECC6.0 and S4 HANA implementations and migrations, SAP BPC, SAP GRC and SAP BIBO.Earlier I have setup and led the SAP Support services. This Service line currently supports 100+ clients across multiple time zones on a 24/7 model. This team not only provides Incident Management services, but also delivers all implementations (New modules & products, Solution Roll Outs, Digital & RPA engagements) and Advisory servicesI have setup and lead the SAP offshore Technical Delivery Center which houses technical skill sets for ABAP and Basis. As a senior member of the Partner Director Group, I also run the following initiatives1. Profit Center Operations Leader focusing on revenue management2. Focus on improving practice GP through following measures- Building strong offshore shared service delivery capabilities- Having the right mix of people in the practice from cost, skill and level perspective
