Process all pending applications for employment visas, business visas, residence visas, exit permits, or driving licenses. Prepare and process applications in labour office as well as prepare online applications of immigration in compliance with Qatari laws and regulations. Prepare and submit all documents to all ports and airports to get gate passes for employees. Responsible for keeping records of personnel for visas, labor cards, and other important documents to ensure that employees have all valid documents & visas. Communicate all new laws or rules issued by the government, including reviews of prices. Maintain absolute confidentiality of records. Translating all required documents between Arabic to English or vice versa. Perform all jobs given by the Chairman, CEO, and HR manager, Process, submit, and follow up on all the company's official relations transactions with the government sector. Submitting all renewals of visas & labor work permit cards to the labor office as well as the immigration department. Processing all renewals of driving licenses, vehicle registration certificates, labor health cards, and health certificates with the traffic office as well as the health department. Renewals of official documents of the company (i.e., trade licenses, chamber of commerce, commercial registrations, computer cards, industrial licenses, aviation licenses, municipality, customs clearance, etc.). To liaise with authorities to ensure company compliance with local laws and regulations.

I was working as a Arabic speaking Consultant ( Gulf Countries) for Sutherland Global Services India . I worked for our client (Schlumberger) My duties were to Call in Gulf countries and coordinate with Schlumberger Drivers for their trips to Oil Rigs assist them with their journeys and make sure they reach and come back Safely . Monitor over speed driving in the system and inform them to reduce and keep track of there location and help them in case of any incident on road. To call and take approval from HSE Managers for journey trip, open the journeys trip and close it on the system and feed data of trip and update it according to companies standard and procedures.

Worked for Reliance Big TV (Installation service provider) as Area Coordinator. My duties were to coordinate with dish installation staff and office Allocation Staff for Dish installation. Do site Survey before Installation, check for proper signals with device in the area, to take permission from concerned authority and to take clients feedback After Dish installation and update it in system.
