Its flagship asset being The Dubai Mall (largest worldwide) boasting attractions such as the world’s largest Aquarium, Ice Rink, Reel Cinemas (22 screens), SEGA World and KidZania.•Reporting to the CEO, managing a complex matrix relationship between all stakeholders involved in the sales planning/scheduling, execution and accounting of the state of the art audio-visual and static advertising mediums within EMG’s portfolio.

•Lead the design and implementation of custom retail solutions for mobile device clients in the Middle East and Far East regions including the largest consumer electronic retailers in India and Russia.•Collaborate with clients to understand their existing business strategy and channel requirements in order to effectively develop solutions that respond to their overall organizational needs.

• Led global development of Telenor retail centers, including serving as the Head of Retail Channel Development for subsidiary GrameenPhone in Bangladesh• Managed the entire retail center development process from concept inception to execution, including overseeing concept formation, design finalization, Trade Zone Analysis, site selection, legal issues, procurement, contractor selection, and project/construction management.• Coordinated with industry experts to develop and document an ‘Operations Standards Library’ (OSL) for both, company owned and franchise outlets. • Developed 30 retail sites as part of greenfield launch of Telenor in Pakistan.

Pakistan

• Grew the business from 8 to 18 restaurants and from 3 to 7 cities by developing and implementing a Market Development Strategic Plan (MDSP).• Developed and executed the concept of Pizza on wheels, i.e., Pizza Hut kitchen facility tailor made on a 50 feet custom-built container adopted as a global best practice by Pizza Hut International.
