Talent Recruiter Team Lead
• Take charge of overseeing and managing the talent recruitment team responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for positions in the Middle East region, specifically Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Qatar and also the EU region Specifically France, Romania, Germany and Portugal• Handled supplier accounts of NTTData Portugal and IBM Romania to pick up jobs and complete the end to end recruitment cycle.• Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Collaborate with the HR department and senior management to develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to the Middle East region. Identify recruitment channels, job boards, social media platforms, and other avenues to attract qualified candidates.• Manage End-to-End Recruitment Process: Take ownership of the entire recruitment process, from job requisition to candidate onboarding. Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices while maintaining high-quality standards.• Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and other selection activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Liaise with hiring managers, candidates, and external stakeholders to arrange logistics and provide necessary information.• Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidate assessments, interview feedback, and other relevant information to support decision-making. Provide guidance and recommendations based on industry trends, best practices, and market insights.• Engage in salary negotiations and facilitate the offer management process. Ensure a positive candidate experience by promptly communicating job offers.• Track and analyze recruitment metrics. Generate regular reports and present insights to senior management to support data-driven decision-making and process improvements.• Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the talent recruitment team. Share expertise, best practices, and industry knowledge to enhance team performance.
