In my most recent role, I am entrusted with the task of collaborating with leadership and SMEs to achieve organizational goals. Following are my key contributions: • Utilized BI tool to employ analytics and reporting platform for HEDIS and clinical reports. • Prepared actionable reports by ingesting clinical and claims data in the system. • Improved data quality by creating and implementing data models for the census and immunization registry• Facilitated data extraction for Payor's eligible members from source facilities (Hospitals and Ambulatory Care) by developing data pipeline. • Oversaw all aspects involved in designing and deployment of real-time notification system with the ability to process 500K (~300 GB) HL7 and CDA messages per day.• Spearheaded Information Delivery Service line for delivery of clinical data to the customer.• Steered collaborative efforts as Enterprise Architecture and Data Architect• Optimized and reduced time required to onboard new customer by automating the process and optimizing the design.
