Throughout my career I have successfully managed and led strategic programs/projects leveraging two simple principles - Culture of Empowerment and Customer Obsession. I have over 18+ years experience in building large-scale enterprise systems in Healthcare, Finance, Telecom, Retail and Utilities, and federal government space.In my current role, I lead the delivery and growth of a multi-million dollar strategic federal program aimed to improve health outcomes and address health disparities across the nation. This involves managing technology, modernization, infrastructure, and business process re-engineering programs. I have the opportunity to lead and drive multiple agile teams and am accountable for customer satisfaction, fiscal goals, and program outcomes. My favorite part of my work is - Help people/teams to realize their potential and Partner with customers to help accomplish their business objectives through modern technology and empowered teams.I truly believe in the promise of cloud and data science and hence I am investing my time to identify how they can solve tactical and strategic business problems.
