Its been an interesting journey so far, with much to learn.In a career spanning 32 years across varied sectors and industries- Food, Retail, Apparel & Textiles, Photography, Consumer Electronics, Skill & Rural Enterprise Development, Agriculture & International Cooperation.I have been a corporate executive, an entrepreneur (both for-profit and social enterprises), a consultant to organizations and an avid development sector practitioner since 2018.My approach: I don’t claim be an expert. I have varied interests and I enjoy the process of inquiry, before I'm able to connect the dots to arrive at solutions that work (and sometimes fail too). I am good at structuring and managing collaborations. I believe that integrating business models, people, processes and technology are integral to building effective, sustainable solutions. In a country such as ours, building and leveraging partnerships and collaborations with the government and the private sector is essential to scalable, lasting change and impact. (Though, easier said than done)Passionate about sports, esp. swimming, squash & badminton. Reasonably good with Oils and Pen & Ink.Self-proclaimed proficiency at fixing things- electrical, electronic, plumbing, woodwork, though not always successfully!
