This will be AdTech’s first Converged platform. - Built a research and engineering team. Led the team to deliver an integrated, scalable, and distributed Forecasting As A Service (FaaS) product that integrated forecasting mechanisms from 3 different Amobee companies (Turn, Videology, and Kontera).- Directed a cross-functional team to build a Generalized Ranking Framework based on Deep Learning that shows a 20% improvement in revenues with 1/4th the cost- Directed a cross-functional team to improve Forecasting from a negative R-square value to 0.6 R-square, a 10-times latency/throughput improvement and 20 times cost reduction. - Managed the above team to build a large-scale distributed Machine Learning framework with model management, Supply Path Optimization, Sampling Based Forecasting, Supply Space Clustering, Offline forecaster, Misdelivery Dashboard, Transformers Based User Profiles Encoding, Deep Learning Based Forecasting - Win Rate, Viewability, Audience Concentration, Completion Rate, etc.- Worked closely with the CTO, SVP of Product Management, VP of Engineering and VP of Data Science to build the forecasting strategy for the company- Supported the ‘science’ in Amobee’s highly distributed DSP system with ~8 Million QPS with Petabytes of data spread across multiple data centers globally.

Helped company pivot.Details - Conversational Artificial Intelligence Platform based on using NLU and Deep Learning enabling Customer Care Automation.- Responsible for the company’s technology strategy, the team executing the strategy, and the technology used for building Linc’s Bot platform. This includes – company technology and hiring strategy, articulating a technical vision to outside stakeholders, and complete technical responsibility (scalability, choice of Deep Learning / Machine Learning algorithms, languages, technology stack, etc.). - Built the Bot technology that led to the company’s pivot from a simple status-checking messaging app to a sophisticated AI (NLP/NLU) Based Bot that provided shopping capabilities and integrated with various CRM systems.- Led the team to improve NLU and system architecture reducing intent understanding errors by a factor of 10.
