As the Global Head of Financial Services, responsible for clients and business across North America, Europe and Asia. This includes managing the global P&L for this business across geographies and solutions.Making strategic investments for the organic and inorganic business growth.Also responsible for creating the Go-2-Market strategy for Banking & Financial Services, building and executing the strategy for Industry Solutions to acquire new customers and grow existing customer base. Responsible for creating and executing the global client framework and growth across this industry vertical for Virtusa.As the Managing Director for EU responsible for all the Business Segments of Virtusa across Europe which include Financial Services,Insurance,Telco & Diversified. This includes managing a consolidated P&L across UK&Ireland, DACH (Germany, Austria & Switzerland) , Nordics & BENLUX (Belgium, Netherlands & Luxemberg).Responsibility also includes integrating existing and new acquisitions,Nearshore Center in Europe and evaluating inorganic growth across Europe.
