Application Consultant
CurrentAs a member of the Managed Application Support team, I am one of the primary points of contact between MRI and its customers. I aim to build strong customer relationships, with the goal of improving the customer journey. I am required to provide solutions to customer requests which range from simple fixes to a Council Tax account or Benefits claim to assisting with a software conversion project. My role requires me to undertake all manner of consultancy services including data cleansing, extracting data for freedom of information purposes, provide bespoke reports to customers using knowledge of database structure and SQL, undertaking detailed investigations of customer reported issues and providing workarounds where applicable. I am expected to work effectively on my own initiative whilst meeting demanding deadlines.
