Worked as a programme coordinator at the Child Rights Knowledge Activist Hub of ActionAid. The major responsibilities involves policy research on the issues of child rights, networking with the like minded Organizations, Institutions and networks on child rights issue, providing programme support and training in the organization.Managed a National level project on education across 8 state.

Managed of six partners working on Child Rights in the state of Rajasthan Undertook Strategic Analysis and Planning and budgeting of partners, projects and regions Conducted programme and financial review, including grant processing and organization management Facilitated Capacity building of project staff on issues of child rights with a special focus on nutrition.
