Maintaining end-to-end accountability for customer satisfaction and overall delivery excellence to help reduce the amount of time the clinicians spend with quality data, so that they can get back to their patients, and back to doing more of what they love—in med­icine.Worked with the Product Manager to define the roadmap for a product, build the tools for population health, risk stratification, empanelment and more which were designed to improve primary care practice and patient out­comes. Ensuring the Provider data is fetched from respective systems and is properly loaded on the dashboard with proper data massaging which provided family physicians and primary care clinicians a faster, easier way to evaluate practice performance, and reduce the burden of reporting for CMS pay­ment programs (like MIPS).

Key Projects -1. BrexitWorked closely with Business and Technical team to capture Business requirement and analyze impact on existing Compliance modules. Identifying upstream systems, interacting with the teams from upstream systems to understand Brexit impact on those systems, perform Data Analysis and Impact Analysis in the Compliance area. I was responsible to conduct sessions with Business and Technical team to create Common Business Design Document (CBDD) based on impact in various Business areas and get sign-off from Business and Technical team in stringent timelines which was critical milestone for me.2. Mantas Hardware and Version UpgradeHardware migration of five Mantas 5.9.1 instances from Solaris to SUSE Linux which helped to handle additional volume of transactions and meet regulatory deadlines. Data Lineage - We had to provide mapping of data flow from the System generating feeds as per FCCM format for Injection Manager Behavior detection and Post Processing.During migration from Mantas 5.9.1 to FCCM 8.0.2 we had to transform all the custom logic from Informatica to FCCM as FCCM has its own in build ETL tool.Performed Data analysis and Data Quality check by using IDQ (Informatica Data Quality) tool.3. Surveillance of Trade DataImplemented Actimize out of box models for Trade Surveillance of Equities, FX, Fixed Income, Listed & OTC Derivatives, Benchmark and Information Barrier.Build a Threshold analyzer utility which could help Business to understand impact of changes in threshold which are set for the models and applying the same.
