Spearheaded a cross-functional team to implement a Digital Marketing transformation program at UOL, integrating media assets, platforms, LMS, and procedures to make marketing more agile and student-centric during the Covid-19 lockdown. Managed the Cornerstone School System’s marketing strategy transformation to digital, overseeing website development, marketing team hiring, and consulting on digital strategy creation, including revamping printed content. Serving as a Program Consultant for Chaoon, a tree planting nonprofit, enhancing their public outreach by organizing plantation drives, coordinating media press conferences, and guiding the team in establishing digital assets.

Established an international student recruitment program with multiple stakeholders and across various departments, to liaison with specialized educational institutes and universities in KSA, Jordan, UAE, Uganda and entities within Pakistan. Orchestrated the University’s participation in multiple showcases and events to support the International student recruitment efforts in Middle east and Africa.

Designed and implemented postgraduate and undergraduate programs, managed departmental human resources, oversaw technical setups and equipment, coordinated with other departments, managed examinations, handled inquiries, ensured educational quality, and implemented departmental policies.

Managing and coordinating the admissions campaign for quarterly intakes, following timelines and procedures, achieving admission targets assisting marketing and advertisement for admissions. Led IT education project in Lahore under Punjab Information Technology Board, serving underdeveloped communities by setting up computer labs and classrooms at Islamia College for Women. Managed staff hiring, liaised with authorities, and launched affordable IT programs for women. Organized computer training for teachers and government employees.
