Project: Doha Metro Stations – Red Line Underground southResponsibilities: • Managing each station systems for complete T&C and QCDD test.• Managing the QCDD test scenarios.• Monitoring the schedule baseline, comparing the site activities to the scope baseline, monitoring and managing T&C of QCDD tests, provide all necessary preventive action, and any corrective actions to maintain the sustainability of the scope, schedule and project cost as required.• Façade & landscape lighting control through special metro system BACS through SCADA system.• Managing and follow up the Fire alarm system, Sound/BGM/PA system, Security systems, CCTV, Access control system testing results.• Managing the site team for testing & commissioning, QCDD inspections and handling over the project.• Handling the periodically Management meetings.• Handling the progress meetings.• Testing and commissioning for all systems with rectifying of any troubleshoots.

Senior implementation engineer as a Main contractor for the light current systems in King Abdul-Aziz Endowment Project in KSA:- Technical Senior implementation Engineer of the light current system in addition to the same with SCG responsibilities and also involved with the work in the site to manage the processes of the first fix, second fix, installation of the system equipment, testing the whole system and finalizing the work:- Management of the whole systems groups (Engineers and Technicians).- Designing of light current system such as: fire alarm, public address, intercom system, audio visual system, audio recording system, Data and telephone, master antenna TV, people counting system, car parking system, car management system, Advertisement media screens, CCTV system, access control system).- planning the system to be over IP or conventional. - planning of the project security with CCTV, Access Control and Hotel Lock System. - Supervisor of light current system in King Abdul-Aziz Endowment Project – DOKAAEP - KSA- install System’s Racks (Data fiber and copper cables & sound system) with its components fully with the connection cables, and make termination for all parts of the system equipment.- Install Public Address racks with loops connections connected to all project areas with fully programming and configuration for all system components transferring the sound from “The Holy Masjed” to inside the project or to any other area within or outside the country through the professional technology IP sound system.
