Budgeting, target allocation, stock management, expenses, tactical plan development and implementation and assigning relevant field force structure. 4. In charge for all institution (MOH,HAAD & SEHA) & Enlisting process of brands in insurance companies.5. Plan, divide & revise sales targets for the team based on the set target by the management.6. Review & analyze sales figures of the team by arranging weekly & monthly sales review meetings.7.Regularly track and report progress against plan, redirecting efforts as necessary.8.Report market feedback directly to Synergy Pharma, analyze & propose suggestions & solutions.9.Complete all administrative tasks accurately and in a timely fashion.10.Arranging campaigns related to the company products, in all levels doctors, pharmacies & end users.11.Expand customer base by analyzing competitors activities, marketing moves & suggesting corrective action
