Review & analyze sales figures of the team by arranging weekly & monthly sales review meetings.7.Regularly track and report progress against plan, redirecting efforts as necessary.8.Report market feedback directly to Synergy Pharma, analyze & propose suggestions & solutions.9.Complete all administrative tasks accurately and in a timely fashion.10.Arranging campaigns related to the company products, in all levels doctors, pharmacies & end users.11.Expand customer base by analyzing competitors activities, marketing moves & suggesting corrective action
