• Coordinate with different clients regarding HSE issues through regular meetings.• Responsible for lifting gear register.• Contact and supervise all lifting gear inspection companies.• Inspection for all third party companies equipment.• Sharing in preparing health and safety strategies and developing internal policy & HSE plan.• Monitor the normal operations and maintenance through work permit system.• Hold theoretical and practical training (on job training). • Audit, inspect and survey on whole rig equipment as Internal Auditor.• Share information to Protect environment.• Conduct safety induction for all visitors.• Conduct safety meetings for all employees.• Conduct safety and occupational health committees.• Preparation of emergency procedures.• Investigate and report any accidents, near misses and put corrective actions.• Preparing risk assessments for all jobs.• Supervising emergency drills (fire, blowout, H2S gas leakage, medical evacuation, Spill, terrorist &abandon). • Hold theoretical and practical training on confined space rescue.• Hold practical training on Breathing Apparatus (on job training). • Conduct hazard identifications and evaluations for new rigs (pre spud rigs) and put corrective actions.• Prepare and execute training drills for the crew members• Including emergency response team.• Dealing with and inspect all types of cranes, forklift and trucks. . • Implement and Supervise the Environmental procedures. • Responsible for most internal and external Audits.

Responsible for all requisitions needed for practical training and Corrective actions related to training after any incident or Audit.• Allocations sessions and tasks according to my team experience.• Focal Point for all training safety issues in the Company.• Design special courses for pop up operation problems.• Creating training need analysis & Lessons Plan.• Participate in standard-setting for employees training matrix.• Deliver Safety Management System (Supervisor and Employee levels).• Deliver Stop for Safety Employee and Supervisor Levels.• Deliver Safety Inductions.• Deliver H2S Theoretical, Live (practical on H2S containers) and Gas Tester. • Deliver Confined Space Entry/Rescue (practical training in CSE containers).• Deliver Rescue at Height.• Deliver Risk assessment.• Deliver Drops.• Deliver Fire Fighting( Advanced and Basic )• Deliver Rigging, Lifting and Working at Height.• Deliver Soft Skills and Safety Culture workshop.• Assessment and evaluation for all employees before promotions.• Assessment for different external training centers which provide training courses for EDC employees.• Create and development of appropriate materials for safety courses.• On Job Training.

* JUNE -2005 : OCT 2006 :- SPECIAL DRILLING TRAINEE , (It’s a program specified for engineers to be ASSISTANT DRILLER in two years). - During this period I worked as Asst floor man trainee' floor man trainee ' derrick man trainee and assistant driller trainee .*OCT 2006 : DEC 2014 :- HSE ENGINEER & ONSITE TRAINER ( Worked in this period in Egyptian drilling company & Drilling Petroleum service with ARAMCO )
