• Planning workstations and allocating teams across the electrical, mechanical, and body workshops to optimize utilization. • Supervising the quality and speed of work to ensure compliance with Kia standards and the goal of “fixed first time”.• Providing technical support to the team, assisting technicians to handle difficult or challenging service jobs.• Planning and managing budgets, tracking KPIs across customer satisfaction, retention, profitability, and productivity.
