My current job responsibilities concentrate as assistant export manager (customer service) at Agro Alex Group company which it is one of the leading produce and export companies of fresh fruits and vegetables from Egypt to Russia, EU countries, Australia, Africa and Asia. In addition, I handle with my colleagues number of clients located in EU, Russia, Asia and some clients in Africa with citrus produce. Our logistic work is handling and arrange with the clients before the export season start. In there programs, quantities, specifications, shipping ways, and the prices. My job summarize when the fruit comes till to reach the client and the customer in supermarket “with traceability system”.
