Participate in objective setting, plan development and performancereview of Base performance.• Initiates, implements, and manages the plant maintenance program based on best practices in the oil& gas industry, withan emphasis onplanning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance.• Monitors the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenancesupplies, and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary.• follow and train the maintenance team on the computerizedmaintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders,spare parts, and maintenance history of Base equipment.• Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations forimproving Base and company facilities operations and solvingmaintenance-related problems.• Ensures that maintenance technicians are adequately trained,equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can beaccomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.• Communicates regularly with all maintenance technicians, bothindividually and as agroup, to ensure good two-way communicationconcerning maintenance issues.• Assists with hiring of maintenance personnel.• Conducts employee performance reviews based on job descriptionsto determine competency, knowledge, and contribution of themaintenance technicians.• Maintains and updates operating and training manuals for themaintenance department.• Ensures that all maintenance technicians are trained on the mostupdated version of the operating procedures.• Reviews the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly, tominimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timelymanner, and to identify opportunities for improvement.• Initiates and carries out projects that improve efficiency and/orreduce operating costs.

Key Projects to Credit:· Constellation2 rig-Installation and maintenance for TWMA waste management equipment.· Rig Pride of North America- Installed two triplex mud pumps.· BHPP, Pakistan.- Provided drilling cutting rototruck for treating 3000 tons of cutting.· RAK Oil, Dubai.- Supplied RD26, an oil based mud cutting unit to three oil wells across SharjahKey Responsibilities:· Planning, controlling, monitoring, and managing multiple projects including maintenanceto best meet project objectives and adhere to project scope, time, cost and qualityconstraints.· Orchestrating the plant maintenance schedules and ensuring the implementation of thesame.· Inspecting, evaluating and making recommendations on overhaul and repair ofequipment.· Conducting periodical preventive maintenance, deputing technicians as per expertise forspecific problems/tasks to reduce the stoppage time and augment the reliability of themachineries.· Ascertaining that the assessment of all the plants and equipments are conducted as perprocedures and interacting with working supervisors in case of any operational glitches.· Maintaining critical rotating equipments, proactively performing troubleshooting for plantmachinery and equipments to ensure glitch-free operations and communicating withvendors in order to avoid any malfunctioning· Constantly interacting and negotiating with the vendors to procure cost effectivematerials of the projects.· Utilizing MS Project software to plan, track and report on multiple projects; synchronizingset up facilities in accordance with strategic utilization, deployment of available materialand resources.
