*Troubleshoot system and network problems as well as diagnose and solve hardware/software faults.*Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.*Assist in the roll-out of new applications.*Perform scheduled maintenance upgrades.*Perform other related duties as assigned.* Sap Business one v 8.82 and v 9.1 administrator and trainer with its all modules : ( Administration -Financial - Sales A/R - Purchasing A/P - Business Partner - Inventory - Production - Banking ) with its all transactions.* Presentation and Implementation Sap Business one v 8.82 and v 9.1 blue print.* Manage license and authorization for users in sap b1.- Strong knowledge of SAP equipment and maintenance order management processes and integration- Demonstrated knowledge of Master Data requirements for Plant Maintenance and Asset Management (Technical Objects, BOMs, Task Lists, Maintenance Plans)- Working knowledge of SAP PM master data in order to evaluate and analyze the impact of configuration or process changes across other SAP modules- Experience in Break Down Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Work Clearance Management, Refurbishment Technical Knowledge pertaining to standard tables and structures- Developing business blueprints and user documentation- Ability to deliver SAP training to end-users Good in writing Functional Specifications and test cases- Coordinating with the programmers to deliver customized business procedures- Experienced in support and management of live SAP projects- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business Languages - English + Arabic (Highly Preferred)- Team player attitude- SAP professionals design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals.- Maintain skills in SAP applications process design and configuration SAP application design, development, integration, testing and deployment and SAP application technical architecture.
