I had the chance to be more active in the hotel operation ,dealing with the airlines and travelagencies ,trying to expect the problem and find many solutions to be ready to offer it to the guestand being able to work within high pressure.

Mainly responsible for meeting ,greeting and escorting passengers at Cairo International Airportas per the laid down service of the Four Seasons Hotel standards [welcoming ,smile ,cheerfuloutlook and briefing grooming standards] in order to provide a high level of service.*Establishing a strong coordination with the concierge in order to follow up for any flightCancellation or amendments.*Giving a detailed follow up to the following shifts for any no show cases or any unresolved issues.*Provide information and guidance to customers of flight schedules, airlines formalities, visaRequirements, hotel information and country information in order to reflect an image ofknowledgeable enhancing the Four Seasons Hotel image as a number one service provider.

Handling all safety issues, guest complains meeting and escorting the V.I.P guests and playingan efficient roll during the crises.
