To support the Team Liabilities in developing a steady pipeline of deposits and CASA and meeting the sales targets for various range of services and fee based products i.e. CASA, Fixed Deposits, FX, Trade businesses ,

•Increase Bank revenue via selling Investment, Treasury and Insurance products Deposits products offered by the bank.• Understand customers’ financial as well as investment needs.• Ensure effective customers’ reach. Maintain professional understanding and relationship with customers. • Provide the highest level of personalized service to wealthy Clients.• Assist to grow CASA and the fee income for the bank.• Meet internal service standards and ensure no service related complaints are received from customers.• Perform day-to-day banking services for existing clients with the aim of meeting and exceeding client expectations and satisfactory.• Work closely with multiple internal stakeholders (i.e. PCM, Treasury, Investments, Trade and operations to put together a customized product suite proposition.• Strict adherence to KYC/AML guidelines, accounts opening policies .

Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services. Opens customer accounts by recording account information. Maintains customer records by updating account information.Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.Direct customers to online resources.Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions. Pitch ideas for improving customer care.Create and maintain reports about customer interactions.
