• Establish production strategies in the factory with Top management.• Direct and develop the production processes from the beginning of the request for raw materials until the exit of the final product and its delivery to the stores.• Direct and coordinate the planning and scheduling of Injection & Blow molding manufacturing and printing & sleeving processes with the Supply chain to meet expected product delivery schedules and inventory levels.• Setting the bill of materials (BOM) which is in coordination with Supply Chain and reporting the efficiency and preference of consumables.• Decide on and order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate.• Responsible for assuring the efficient use of materials, machines, molds, auxiliary equipment, and employees.• Ensuring all production within the factory is achieving the output targets in terms of quantity, quality, yield, wastage, unit costs, and in accordance with health, safety and environment standards.• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on investment using Six Sigma tools.• Determined suitable crew requirements, scheduled employees and worked with Human Resources to meet changing production schedules.• Analyzing the root causes of reduction in productivity, stoppages and scrap and responsible for implementing the corrective actions to avoid them as well as document these plans and report on their follow up.• Manage continuous improvement initiatives to drive gains in quality, flow and output.• Apply lean practices to balance workflow and eliminate unnecessary steps.• Prepare, maintain and review production & performance reports.
