• Developing the Business Plan prior to the project launch to present to the shareholders; including Strategy, Operations, Commercial & Financials.• Evaluating the different Assets needed for the business and conducting a Procurement Process with values of Productivity, Maintainability, Durability and resale value being considered; payment terms varying dependent on the type of the assets and the financing available were also considered. Assets included: Machinery, HVAC Equipment, Fleet and Office requirements.• Managing the Entire Operations including: Production, Preventive & Corrective Maintenance, Production Planning and Equipment Expansion, Commercial negotiations with key account, management of sales force and supply chain/fleet, administration, financial management and accounting.
