This includes monthly financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, 5 years business plans and all statutory financial reporting.• Presentation of financial results and insights to the Board.• Monitor financial performance versus annual budget/quarterly forecasts and assist non-financial HODs with monitoring their budgets as required.• Drive the financial planning of the Company by analyzing its performance and risks.• Retain constant awareness of the Company’s financial position and act to prevent problems.• Managing and overseeing the cash flows of the Company and ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls.• Manage the development and implementation of the finance department goals, objectives, policies, and priorities for each assigned area.• Advising and implementing best practice methods to increase revenues and reduce costs.• Interact and coordinate with auditors in the statutory audits and finalize the audited financial statements for individual Group Companies. • Perform analytical reviews of the monthly operating results to ensure the reasonability and accuracy of reports.• Oversee and manage the Company’s finance IT system and ERP Implementation.• Implements a robust contracts management and financial management/ reporting system; ensure that the billing and collection schedule is adhered to, and that financial data and cash flow are steady and support operational requirements.• Checking the cost of each product and analyzing it to achieve cost efficiencies.• Prepare variance analyses, ratio analyses for individual companies and group to identify the deviations of the actual performance from the budgeted performance, critically analyze the reasons for deviations and make recommendations to the management for the corrective actions.
