- Lead the implementation of the quality and food safety management system (BRC, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO14001 and YUM) - Responsible for implementing the Specs of restaurants products as Americana company supply a series of big restaurants (Hardee’s, KFC, Pizza hut, TGI, Steak house, Chili’s, Food Rucker’s, Dairy queen , Cook door ,Express, canton, Taco hut restaurants , else )within KSA and throughout the gulf area and Egypt.- Review and approve the risk assessment of the different products and establishment of the HACCP plans for the new products.- Leading quality staff & achieve quality targets with teamwork. - KPI’s evaluation system & continual improvement plan. - Customer Complain recovery & Internal Training system. - Report preparation & Quality results analysis. - Review production plan with planning staff to be matched with quality and food safety aspects.- Review the process of launching of the new products from quality point of view, and communicating with concerning department (R&D, purchasing, Marketing and sales).- Follow up the team who is assigned for Monitoring Products Flow to ensure that all Products matched with Americana, governmental authorities’ specs, Quality, and food safety Standards.- Monitoring quality receiving department in the process of inspection of raw materials (e.g., Meat, chicken, cartons, Soya protein, packets………………etc.)- Coaching and evaluating quality control team.- Conducting internal audits to cover BRC and ISO 2000 standards.- Conducting internal training for Quality team on the different Food safety management systems (HACCP, BRC and ISO 22000).- Sharing Purchasing Department in the process of selection and evaluation of Suppliers.- Communicating with Sanitation companies for purchasing of the Approved sanitation chemicals (Foam, sanitizers, Caustic Soda …….).-
