CurrentI am responsible in accordance with the rules and regulations of the UN and themandate of the mission, the development of strategic plans and procedures and action plans of the PCConduct analysis and evaluation of the achievements of the component for defined annual action plansCoordinate integrated activities with the other components of the missionFormulate the strategic plan of the component and the CONOPS to be derivedDevelop goals & keep track of reachable activitiesCoordinate with local as well as UN agencies and international partners and participate in all joint planned activities of the mission.Synchronize with DPO the budgeting system based on resultsDevelop in relation to the PC SOPs and procedures componentAssist partners in defining their strategic plan developmentFollow up the implementation of the activities and actions captured in the action plan of the police componentDevelop the necessary reports & presentations in aim to influence various donors and delegations to cooperate in developing projects for the police componentIn addition, According to the SCR 2324 which directed to develop the Extended SPU in aim of the efficient coordination between the various components of the MINUSCA and to align the strategic plans and objectives of the MINUSCA components in other hand to align it with the UNCT strategic plans.and under the direction and supervision of HoCOS , I was responsible in cooperation with other components of the mission and the SPU in the development of strategic plans of the mission (Mission Concept - ISF - UNDAF+ - Mission RBB - Mission Footprint - POC strategy - SSR strategy - Political strategy ..etc.) and the necessary obligation for the Malian Partners and theroad map in aim of the tangible effective implementation of the mandated tasks of the mission
