•Direct activities and check the work of Contractors involved in Civil I Construction, Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Architectural and Interior work, on behalf of ASTAD, including carpentry, masonry, excavation I concrete I road I bridge services, landscape, underground car park, signage, drainage, sewage and general finishing works carried out on Client projects. Study all related designs, drawings, plans and other contract documents and Contractor’s QNQC manual as finally approved to determine applicable standards.• Carryout daily checks on Contractor’s staff and work carried out during the previous day to ensure compliance with prescribed contractual specifications. Includes discussing with Contractor's Engineers Foreman plans for the day, highlighting reservations on work already carried out and advising of any changes in plan as appropriate.• Maintain a daily record of progress, noting special comments. Report to superior pertaining to work anomalies or contractual deviations committed by contract personnel and recommend corrective action. Discuss work deviations with Contractor's Foreman, relay superior's instructions and follow up to ensure that satisfactory corrective I remedial action is carried out accordingly.

 Undertake design & associated work.  Provide technical expertise and resolve related problems. Attends monthly progress review meetings and co-ordination meetings to assist. In resolving any site issues such as discrepancies in project’s drawings.  Highlights any violations to architectural related issues on site. Prepares architectural details as and when required for execution of works.  Leads in architectural meeting and reviews all shop drawings. Addresses modifications desired by Client in co-ordination with Design Architect.  Review and selection of all architectural materials.  Inspection for all architectural activities on site
