• Manage all accounting transactions• Monitor daily cash balances and determine cash requirements needed to cover payments• Managing trade finance (L.C & IDC).• Revise all interest and banks commissions• Communicate verbally and writing with banks to handle daily operations

• Handling and monitoring all company’s treasury flow movement on daily basis• Ensure efficient management of the company’s cash treasury account.• Verify treasury balances and ensure being accurately processed, reported and reconciled on a timely basis• Immediate entry and documenting for all cash transactions and maintain daily financial records on ERP

• Responsible for export sales Orders Entries for Foreign sales for three companies.• Responsible for the bank accounts & all banking process.• Responsible for the exportation department expenses.• Responsible for consolidating the exportation documents and dealing with custom clearance and Custom Authority.• Follow-up of bank documents for the export process

• Enter, match, code and file invoices; • Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts • Prepare payments on a daily/weekly/monthly basis for invoices due.• Prepare tax returns, payments, necessary paperwork, and reports

• Prepare and analyze monthly inventory transactions.• Monitor all company warehouses (raw -packing -spare parts -finished goods)• Prepare the monthly, annual inventory valuation• Revision of production orders
