· Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:· month and end-year process· accounts payable/receivable· cash receipts· general ledger· payroll and utilities· treasury, cash forecasting· revenue and expenditure variance analysis· capital assets reconciliations· trust account statement reconciliations,· check runs· fixed asset activity· debt activityCompile and analyses financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts. Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures. Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met. Prepare financial management reports.
